nuffield gym lovely gardens friendly staff
the facilities included a Nuffield gym. it also had a swimming pool. the gardens were lovely. i appreciated the friendly staff and the amenities offered.
i noticed limited natural light in the room due to large shrubbery outside the windows, which affected the room's brightness. it was necessary to keep the lights on even during the day. i suggest trimming the shrubbery to improve the light.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. i found the bar area quite inviting and relaxing. breakfast had a nice selection of options. I found it easy to choose from!
The rooms were a bit outdated. They could use some refreshing. but overall, it was a minor issue.

subpar food unpleasant smell
the food quality was subpar. my expectations for breakfast was high, but the selection proved underwhelming. i noticed a lingering unpleasant smell in the hallway near my room. i find this hotel is below expectations.

The parking area was spacious (always a plus!) and quite close to the entrance. i easily found a supermarket nearby, convenient for picking up a few essentials. i enjoyed the walkable distance to local amenities. It helped me stretch my legs after a long day.
i noticed the room needed some updating. the wallpaper was peeling in a couple of spots.

the room was very comfy and tidy. the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the fan provided in the room. the outdoor space was lovely and well maintained.
the doors do not automatically lock , which could be a concern for some guests.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The room was super clean and included everything I needed.
I find it frustrating that the shower times were not accurate. the staff member was rude. I sent a complaint. The taps had crust.

I found the room to be of a large size. It included many windows. The new entrance presented an amazing first impression. The eating area also impressed me with its modern design.
The check-in process required a long waiting period. I also observed very limited seating in the reception area. I noted coffee drip stains down the walls and the absence of bin liners in the bins. The doors did not automatically lock, something to consider.
